Our Factory Of Fiberglass Mesh Filter

Our factory was established in 2004 and has been focusing on the R&D and production of aluminum casting filtration products, with 20 years of industrial experience. The factory currently has 50 employees, covering production, R&D, quality inspection and other positions. Against the backdrop of continuously increasing factory production capacity, Exporer Foreign Trade Company was registered and established in December 2024, concentrating on the development and service of foreign customers, thus forming a highly – efficient dual – system operation model encompassing production, sales, quality inspection, and after – sales service.

Production Workshop

The factory has set up two fiberglass cloth production workshops, with a total of 30 weaving machines. Workers work in two shifts, ensuring that all orders can be delivered on schedule.

Cutting of Fiberglass Filter Mesh

According to the customer's customized size requirements, a professional fiberglass cloth cutting machine is used for cutting, which features high efficiency and precise sizing, with a cutting error of less than 1 mm.

Production of Fiberglass Filter Caps

The glass fiber raw materials are shaped at high temperatures using molds. Then, processes such as punching or rotary cutting are applied to process the filter caps to meet the specified dimensional and shape accuracy.

Packaging of Filter Slices

Group and package the cut filter slices. Generally, they can be packaged in groups of 10, 20 or 50. Every 100 packages are put into one bag.
