High-quality glass fiber filaments are carefully selected and then woven on high-precision weaving equipment in strict accordance with the product design requirements. This process forms filter cloth blanks that feature specific pore structures and possess the desired strength.

Molding and Processing

The woven cloth blanks are precisely cut into appropriate sizes and then assembled with other accessories, such as frames and supporting structures. Advanced welding and bonding techniques are employed to ensure that the product has a stable structure, which fully meets the installation and operation requirements of the actual usage scenarios.

Strict Quality Inspection

Each finished product undergoes multiple rigorous quality inspection procedures, including aperture testing, strength testing, and chemical corrosion resistance testing, among others. Only after it fully complies with the product quality standards will it enter the packaging stage and be delivered to our customers.
